Cristal Global – Graduate Induction +11 Months: Challenging Project
This month LD are running a Graduate Development Programme for Cristal Global as part of their graduate induction. Our programme design team designed an Induction +11 months programme bringing together the ‘understanding the business’ pieces and all the skills and tools they have been exposed to in the Graduate Induction Programme. Additionally remote delivery was required: a programme that does not require the Graduates to all be in one place, i.e. delivered remotely/on-line as the Grads are based in the US, UK and France.
Plus a programme that gives them a real project that would require them to use all of that they have learnt about project management through our project management simulation to deliver an end product.
We have developed a programme that requires each team of Grads to design the contents of a simulation based on the Cristal business model which will then be used for on-boarding new employees. Grads will work in Action Learning sets (teams). It will be a competitive challenge incorporating Six Sigma training and a review of what they have learnt about Cristal in the last 11 months.
