The UK’s leading inter-university simulation based business challenge is designed to develop student employability and enterprise skills.
UBC runs on LD simulation platform:
Developed by Learning Dynamics, the UBC is the longest-running and most popular simulation based undergraduate business competition in the UK.
The UBC is run on the LD simulation platform where:
- all team and educator resources can be downloaded for the current simulation
- team decisions uploaded
- team rankings viewed
- team profiles viewed
- certificates of participation downloaded
- development of employability and enterprise skills assessed
The UBC is an annual event and each year, LD develops a new simulation for Round 1 to run on the LD simulation platform.
Supported by the majority of universities:
The Universities Business Challenge (UBC) is the must-do undergraduate business competition in the UK which has the support of over 68 universities and 75 faculties, including the Russell Group universities and leading graduate employers.
Employability & Enterprise Skills development:
Over 1,500 students participate each year in teams of up to 5 members. The UBC is specifically designed to develop employability & enterprise skills such as:

The UBC is facilitated by the specialist student experience team from Campus2Corporate, a licensed reseller of Learning Dynamics simulations in the UK.
